No Refunds & Returns Policy — Shree Vyankatesh Food Services

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of our food premix products (chakali, anarase, puran poli, dry coconut, idli, dosa, uttappa, karanji, thalipith) ordered via our website or official channels.

2. No Refunds & No General Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

The only exception is for damaged, defective, contaminated, or incorrectly supplied items reported within the timeline below. In such cases, we offer a replacement for the affected item(s). Refunds are not issued.

3. Cancellation — before dispatch only

You may cancel your order at no charge before dispatch. To cancel, contact our support team (details below).

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

4. Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items — Replacement Window

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive damaged, defective, contaminated, or wrong items. Email privacy@vyankateshfoods.com or call +91 98926 84368 / +91 97309 80867 with your order number, delivery details, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item(s). Refunds are not provided.

We may request that you retain packaging and product for inspection, or provide additional information to complete our verification.

5. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed items cannot be returned. Promotional, discounted, custom, bulk, or catered orders may carry specific terms notified at purchase.

6. Shipping Charges

For approved replacement cases (Section 4), we cover the re-shipment for the replacement item(s). Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

If you cancel before dispatch, no shipping will be charged (or it will be reversed if already charged).

7. Bulk / Corporate / Customized Orders

Special, bulk, or customized orders may have different terms shared during ordering. Those terms will apply to such orders.
