We currently deliver our products across India, including major cities, towns, and select pin codes. If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, our customer support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or process a refund.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities/towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors such as courier partner delays, weather conditions, strikes, or festive periods. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues promptly.

5. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum order value mentioned on our website (if applicable).
• For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Shipping charges (if any) are displayed clearly before you complete payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing:

• The link to the delivery partner's tracking page.

All food premix products are carefully sealed, labelled, and packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use reliable logistics partners who handle food-safe transport. If a package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept delivery and notify us immediately with photos.

8. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be marked as undeliverable due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address,
• Repeated failed delivery attempts, or
• Unavailability of recipient.

In such cases, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to reattempt delivery or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).

9. International Shipping

At present, we deliver our products within India only. However, we are in the process of expanding our services to offer international delivery soon.
